Hello! My name is Rhys and I am a Star Stable player who makes custom ribbons and items for realistic roleplay and live show purposes. I've been making awards for my own live show servers since 2020, but have recently started to take commissions for custom items. Active drawing time does not include time spent on reviewing references, recoloring items, or adjusting color values.*If you are requesting one item that must be recolored multiple times you will be charged the item price plus an added fee for the time it takes to recolor and change details on each item. This fee will be dependent upon the anticipated amount of time the recoloring process will take.

Commission Information
General Details
I am most experienced at making ribbons, but I also have experience making saddle pads, coolers, trophies, and even logos! I also do portraits in a couple of different styles. Please see the photos below (and on @mrhys.art on Instagram) for examples of my work.
When filling out the form above regarding a custom set of ribbons or a custom item, please be sure to include at least one reference image for each item so that I can get a feel for what your expectations are. The more detail you are able to provide, the better! If you would like to have your organization's logo or any specific graphic included on your item/ribbons, please include it as a .png file. Additional fees apply if your logo needs to be cut out from a solid background. If you have a budget you'd like to stay within, please include that as well.
I will send you updates throughout the process of your commission being made. You are allowed to request up to two revisions to the line art and one revision to the color scheme and/or shading. Additional revisions will incur a (small) added fee.
Once I have received your reference images, I will review them and send you an estimated cost that will be based on how complex your request is. Ribbon cost is based on the complexity of the rosette (the top part), not the length or number of streamers. Please see the table below for a general price list. We will mutually agree on the estimate before I begin work on your request. If the cost estimated is higher than you expected, I am 100% willing to work with you to find a solution that fits your budget. All prices are in USD and do not include any fees that various payment platforms may require.
Payment is due once the line art/sketch is done for your order. I mainly accept payment via CashApp and Venmo, though I can also do PayPal. I will provide the details to you after your sketch is complete and approved. I am happy to discuss other methods of payment if you do not have either of the ones mentioned above! Once you have approved your sketch, no refunds will be issued.
After your commission is delivered, you may do whatever you'd like with your item(s)! You do not need to credit me when using them, but you are welcome to if you wish to do so.
If you purchase anything from me that includes the year on it, I am happy to update it to the next year free of charge if you intend to use your it for another year. Please DM me at least 2 weeks in advance to have this done! If you would like any other changes made to your items after purchase, additional fees will apply.
Details and prices on this page are subject to change. If you have already received and agreed upon an estimate for your order, those prices will be honored even if they are different on this website.
